Dear Sen. McCain,
I had decided not to vote in this election, but then I saw your health care reform proposal…or rather, your pathetic excuse for one. I wonder if you realize that you yourself would have trouble getting private, non-Medicare health coverage under this plan.
The “Joe the Plumber” stunt didn’t help your cause either. I’m not so stupid as to believe that avoiding a $900 tax increase is worth potentially losing $9000 (or more) in tax deductions.
Thank you, sir. You’ve helped me decide that I must vote. I haven’t decided whether or not I will be voting for Sen. Obama but I can’t let this slide past me without comment.
Sincerely,
-C.
