In an effort to differentiate, colleges are starting to welcome certain pets to dorms. Article talks about the benefit to students, but there's a benefit to pets as well. How many get abandoned when their human goes off to college? This has a little personal resonance with me as one reason I've not gone back to college is that I couldn't save money by living in a dorm…my kittygirls are non-optional.
